TLC promotes the optimal health and development of children, youth and families in New Hampshire through family and youth support programs and outreach.

Turning Points Network

Turning Points Network is a private, non-profit agency offering crisis and support to all survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence and stalking.

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics—members of Dartmouth Health—include Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the state’s only academic medical center, and Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics, which provide primary and specialty care throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.

Southwest Community Services

Southwestern Community Services strives to empower low income people and families. With dignity and respect, SCS provides direct assistance, reduce stressors, and advocate for such persons and families as they lift themselves toward self-sufficiency.

West Central Behavioral Health

At West Central Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to fostering understanding and reducing the stigma surrounding mental, behavioral, and substance use disorders. By offering caring support to adults, children, and families, we guide them toward fulfilling lives.

Our services give attention to those with moderate to severe mental illness and include preventive programs for others. If these do not align with your needs, we are committed to connecting you with the appropriate resources for assistance.

Claremont Police Department

The Claremont Police Department strives to provide the City of Claremont with professional, compassionate police services with a primary focus on working together with the Citizens of Claremont to help maintain or improve the quality of life within the City of Claremont.

NH Departement of Health and Human Services

DHHS is the largest agency in New Hampshire state government, responsible for the health, safety and well-being of the citizens of New Hampshire.
